Booster Club Complaint Procedure

Per the Booster Club Bylaws, the purpose of the Booster Club is to undertake activities which support, fund and provide opportunities for the players, their families and coaches of the Coon Rapids High School Boys Soccer team. The Club is a volunteer-based, nonprofit organization incorporated under the laws of the State of MN, exclusively for charitable purposes.

Unfortunately, not everyone will always agree with decisions that are made in the Booster Club and there will be times that personality conflicts happen. If you feel that a interaction has occurred that goes beyond a general personality conflict or “office politics,” please use the following procedure to submit your complaint:

Submit your complaint to the Booster Club Executive Team via execboard@crboyssoccer.org

Complaints must include the following items:

  1. Date / Time
  2. If available, emails or written communications that demonstrate the behavior
  3. Details of issues and concerns that validate the complaint

The Executive Team will review the complaint, investigate, and determine next steps within 5 business days.

Please do not submit complaints related to hearsay, disagreements with a Booster Club voted item outcome or  general personality differences. Do not go to the coaches or members of the CRHS staff with any complaint related to the Booster Club.

Please do not submit complaints related in any way to the team, the coaches, playing time, team placement or anything to do with team related issues. The school has a procedure and hierarchy for dealing with these issues.
